When you book a walkthrough or contact Flowbotics AI, we collect your name, business email, clinic name, phone number, and any details you share about your practice. We may also collect basic analytics data such as pages visited and referring source.
2. How we use it
Solely to prepare for and deliver your walkthrough, communicate with you about our services, and improve our website. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
3. HIPAA & patient data
Flowbotics AI does not receive, process, or store Protected Health Information (PHI). All patient-facing systems we install are configured to keep PHI inside your clinic's compliant systems of record.
4. Cookies
We use minimal first-party cookies for session and analytics purposes. You can disable them in your browser without impacting site functionality.
